I am making a Neapolitan cake for my daughters graduation from 6th grade in a three tier-cake form. Line bottoms with rounds of parchment paper.

As others have noted it is huge serves 24 rather than the 12 mentioned. Finely chop chocolate and in a bowl combine with hot coffee. Chocolate cake with Oreo filling and a chocolate buttercream.
If you arent making a layer cake but cupcakes or a 9 x13 inch cake this is less important but I would still keep anything frosted with vegan cream cheese. Basic yellow cake with either Bavarian cream or custard filling with regular buttercream.
